Beginning his career in the industry at just 15 years old and working in the family business throughout school and university, Caleb has gained more than two decades of experience in financial services, making it an intrinsic part of his life.
Caleb’s extensive experience provided him with an intuitive and thorough understanding of the industry, but it also revealed its outdated and self-centred nature. Realising that the only way to create a passionate and positive impact for clients was to start from scratch, he founded dozzi Financial Advice in 2017. This endeavour allowed him to build a firm centred on delivering value to clients, focusing on strategic advice, deep relationships, and conflict-free independence.

Caleb holds a Bachelor of Commerce, majoring in Financial Planning, Investments, and Accounting, as well as a Master of Business Administration (MBA) specialising in Personal Financial Planning. He was one of the youngest in Australia to complete the Certified Financial Planner™ designation, the highest financial planning industry designation globally.
Caleb’s drive for championing dozzi’s strong emphasis on ‘family’ values originates from his own family, with his wife Georgia and sons Luca, Mason, Ari, Riley, and Dylan.
