It is well documented that unfortunately great advice firms and financial advisers are few and far between. Whether it be due to incentives, production of their own products, culturally misaligned corporate structure or lack of care and/or commitment, we believed there was a change desperately needed and so we’ve made that step.

Our Independence is one of our differentiating factors from other advice firms. Our Independence ensures our clients receive unbiased advice, free from product or third-party influences. Our Culture defines our business. Built from the belief that a team of experts will achieve greater outcomes than the effort of individual greatness, every team member plays a pivotal role in achieving our clients’ goals and the goals of our business.

Our history is broad, drawing experiences in many forms of corporate partnerships, financial advice philosophies, business structures and cultures. We’ve incorporated the best of our collective experiences (and will continue to do so) to create a financial planning company built from a client’s perspective, with only their best intentions at heart. We believe this is certainly unique.

All of our advisers and technical experts are not only tertiary qualified, they have also obtained or are on a path to completing the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation. In many cases our advisers pursue postgraduate studies furthering their knowledge for our clients’ benefit. It’s a commitment to the industry which our clients are looking for in our planners, and university qualifications assist to demonstrate that.

We have a long-term goal of raising the financial literacy of Australians. Whatever age, whatever the circumstance, we believe an individual’s awareness of their actions and the related financial implications will assist Australians in shaping their lives and achieving their lifestyle goals.

As people, we are all impacted heavily by the beliefs and habits of those who teach us, and we’d like to ensure the next generation of financial planning leaders can build/perfect their trade in an environment free of bias or product influence.

Our commitment to our clients and our team members is our number one priority. Creating dozzi financial advice is one of the most significant acts we could undertake to demonstrate to our clients the lengths we are willing to go to, in order to act in their best interests. Created in 2016, dozzi’s establishment meant turning away from many legacy-based forms of operation and creating a working environment we believe will be one of the best in Australia for both clients and internal team members.

Backed by years of experience and through integrity, energy and hard work he has built a reputation with high net worth clients for astute advice and tactical planning. Applying his degree qualifications in Accounting, he also brings an understanding of taxation and superannuation structures for his clients.

As an active contributor to the Stonehouse Investment Committee, Caleb uses a multifaceted knowledge base of investment assets, markets and economics, to benefit his clients in Australia and overseas by providing high quality investment advice.

Being passionate about continually improving the integrity of financial advice in Australia Caleb is Co-Chair of the Stonehouse Compliance Committee and is a member of Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Privately, Caleb enjoys relaxing with his wife, Georgia, and son, Luca, as well as partaking in the odd round of golf as a member of the Indooroopilly Golf Club.
